At Vimla International, many of our products are handmade and made specifically for each customer’s requirements. Production planning, material sourcing, dyeing, and artisan allocation may begin soon after an order is confirmed.
Standard Orders
Cancellation requests should be submitted as soon as possible after placing the order.
If the order has not yet entered processing, production, packing, or dispatch, we will make every reasonable effort to accommodate the cancellation.
Custom & Made-to-Order Products
For customized or made-to-order products, cancellation is permitted within 24 hours of placing the order, provided production has not already commenced.
Once production, material preparation, dyeing, weaving, tufting, knotting, or other customization work has started, the order cannot be cancelled for a full refund.
If a cancellation is requested after production has started, Vimla International may, at its discretion, offer a partial refund depending on the stage of production and the costs already incurred.
Shipped Orders
Once an order has been shipped or handed over to the courier, it cannot be cancelled.
Any applicable return request after delivery will be handled according to our Return Policy.
